We commit to provide you with a healthy puppy and an AKC registration application. Puppy is warranted during the first 14 days from date of receipt to be free of disease. Buyer has the right to have the puppy seen by their own vet. If there are any findings we will provide you with a full refund of money and take back the puppy. Vet documentation is required. Puppy is also warranted for any hereditary or congenital condition for 1 year. If any hereditary or congenital condition is found a veterinarian statement must be provided along with all medical records and test/lab test results. The seller has the right to have the pup examined by their veterinarian to confirm any findings. At that time the registration papers will be surrendered to the seller and a puppy of equal value from the next available litter will be the replacement. No refund of money will be given for a replacement. We also commit to taking puppies back for any other reason (example: moving, allergies, aggression)for the life of the pup. No refund of money will be given!
