I am happy to say we finally broke ground for our kennel. We are working very hard to be open by the end of the summer! 

  Welcome. I would like to start by telling you about us here at Golden Delight Kennels. My Husband and I are a small private breeder. Our dogs are AKC registered. We breed them for personality and temperament. We only have one litter a year.

  I work at our local no kill animal shelter and am very aware of how many dogs are out there that need homes. I also believe in the importance of spaying & neutering. But I also know that it is important to keep breeds alive! Thats why we keep it small. We only sell to approved buyers. And will take a puppy back at any age for any reason. I like to stay in touch with our past buyers and get updates on our puppies. I tell everyone, "they are now a part of our extended family". 

  How it all started.... First off I absolutely love dogs! I got my first Golden (TYLER) when I was 13 yrs old. It was love at first sight. I started taking him to 4H dogs shows and moved on to AKC shows to earn him a title when he was only 1 1/2yrs old. Not long after I got my second Golden (TRAVIS) and did the same with him. It is my life long dream to work with animals specially dogs. Golden's are my breed of choice. My husband and I have 2 sweet boys 12 & 7 yrs old. We have past our love for dogs on to them. We now have 3 beautiful Golden's KOBIE, FANCY & CLOVER. Clover is our young new hopeful. She is currently enrolled in obediance classes with me. We are in the process of training her to become a therapy dog as well. Our dogs are a big part of our family and bring much joy into everyones life. We also have a Corgi named (DAXTER) "He keeps everyone in line". And five loving cats, Sawyer, Possum, Rocky, Sophie & Ronald!!

  Our pups are family raised and well socialized. All our puppies are checked by a licensed vet, dewormed and given their age appropriate shots. We have a large fenced in yard for plenty of safe play time. Our goal is to provide families with a wonderful companion.
